How to order Gifts Browse our selection of gifts, hampers, drinks, chocolates and presents for all occasions and order by clicking 'buy this gift' on your choices. This will put them into your 'Basket'. Do this to select as many gifts as you wish and when you have completed your selection, click on the 'order now' icon to be guided through our quick and simple order process. If you make a mistake or wish to remove something, simply click on the 'Basket' icon (featured at the top and bottom of every gift selection page) - this opens a page which allows you to edit your selection. We welcome orders from anywhere in the world (for delivery to friends and family in the UK). In these cases your credit or debit card company will convert the cost of your order into your local currency at their exchange rate prevailing at the time that your order is processed.

How long does delivery take? Our fastest delivery option is Next Working Day. Orders placed before 4pm Monday to Friday can usually be sent on the same day, ensuring next possible working day delivery when you choose this option (eg order before 4pm on Monday, choose Next Working Day delivery and your gift will be delivered on Tuesday). Next working day delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses but more remote locations can take an extra day. If it is not so urgent our Standard delivery service aims to deliver within five working days. We can also guarantee delivery on any future working day with Specific Date Delivery.

Standard Delivery £3.99 Next Possible/Specific Date £5.99 Guaranteed Next Working Day/Specific Date delivery costs £5.99 and can guarantee delivery on any working day following the day of despatch. Standard delivery is just £3.99 and aims to deliver within five working days. We deliver gifts to any address in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. A signature is required with all deliveries. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address (or that after an attempted delivery, which will be advised by the carrier leaving a card, that they promptly contact our carriers to arrange for a convenient re-delivery or collection from their local depot). In the unlikely event that a parcel has to be returned to us because delivery was not possible and the parcel has not been claimed by the intended recipient, the customer is liable for the additional cost involved, charged at £5.95 per return to us.

Guarantee We really care about the quality and value of our gifts and hampers and we are sure that the recipients will be delighted. However, if you are unhappy with any gift bought from Giftinspiration.com please return it within seven days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund the cost (personal customers only). We are not able to accept returns of perishable and/or seasonal gifts. If you need to return a gift because of an error on our part or because of a defect, we will refund the full cost of the gift, any gift wrapping charge if relevant, and your return postage costs. In all other cases you will be responsible for these charges and our direct costs incurred as part of the transaction. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
