Ordering Gifts Browse our selection of gifts, hampers, chocolates, wines & spirits and presents for all occasions and order by clicking 'buy this gift' on your choices. This will put them into your virtual 'shopping cart'. We welcome orders from anywhere in the world (for delivery to friends and family in the UK). In these cases your credit or debit card company will convert the cost of your order into your local currency at their exchange rate prevailing at the time that your order is processed.

Select Next Possible/Specific Date or Standard Delivery Next Working Day/Specific Date delivery costs £5.99 and can guarantee delivery on any working day following the day of despatch (Monday to Friday only, excluding Bank Holidays). If it is not so urgent save money with our Standard delivery option which is just £3.99 and aims to deliver within five working days following despatch. We deliver gifts to any address in the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. A signature is required with all deliveries. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address (or that after an attempted delivery, which will be advised by the carrier leaving a card, that they promptly contact our carriers to arrange for a convenient re-delivery or collection from their local depot). In the unlikely event that a parcel has to be returned to us because delivery was not possible and the parcel has not been claimed by the intended recipient, the customer is liable for the additional cost involved, charged at £5.95 per return to us.

Delivery Schedule Last minute gift? Choose our Next Working Day delivery option to ensure that your gift arrives as quickly as possible! (order deadline 4pm Monday to Friday). Next working day delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses but more remote locations can take an extra day. If it is not so urgent choose Standard delivery which aims to deliver within five working days following the day of despatch (longer at busy times like Christmas). We can also guarantee delivery on any future working day (Monday to Friday only : Weekends and Bank Holidays excluded), to do this please choose the Next Working Day/Specific Date option and insert the date you would like the delivery made.

Guarantee We guarantee the guality of all our gifts and hampers. If for any reason you are unhappy with any gift bought from giftinspiration.com, please return it within seven days of delivery and we will exchange it or refund the cost (personal customers only). We are not able to accept returns of perishable and/or seasonal gifts. If you need to return a gift because of an error on our part or because of a defect, we will refund the full cost of the gift, any gift wrapping charge if relevant, and your return postage costs. In all other cases you will be responsible for these charges and our direct costs incurred as part of the transaction. For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service for returns. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
