Next Working Day Delivery is just £5.99 Ensures delivery on the next possible working day. Our order deadline for next working day delivery is 4pm UK time Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 4pm UK time Monday to Friday, at weekends and on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next possible working day for delivery on the following working day. Next working day delivery is available to most mainland UK addresses, more remote locations can take an extra day. When you choose this option you can be sure that your gift will arrive as quickly as possible.

Specific Date Delivery is just £5.99 If you're ordering ahead of time for a Birthday, Anniversary, or any special date, you can specify which working day date you want the gift to be delivered. It is usually not possible to guarantee delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, so if the Birthday, Anniversary or special occasion falls on a Weekend, we will guarantee delivery for the preceding Friday. To use this service, just select Specific Date Delivery on the order form and enter the required delivery date.

Standard Delivery is only £3.99 If it is not so urgent you can save money by selecting Standard Delivery, for delivery usually within five working days following the day of despatch. Standard delivery is not suitable for more urgent gift deliveries or when it is important to ensure that the gift arrives in time for a special day - you should choose Next Working Day/Specific Date for those occasions.

Gift delivery to multiple different addresses If you need to send gifts to a number of different addresses we can help by taking multiple recipient name and address details in any convenient format. Please contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Please use a convenient delivery address A signature is required with all deliveries. Please ensure that someone will be available to sign for the parcel at the delivery address (or that after an attempted delivery, which will be advised by the carrier leaving a card, that they promptly contact our carriers to arrange for a convenient re-delivery or collection from their local depot). In the unlikely event that a parcel has to be returned to us because delivery was not possible and the parcel has not been claimed by the intended recipient, the customer is liable for the additional cost involved, charged at £5.95 per return to us.
